St. George

We went down to my cousin's wedding in St. George the first weekend of March. It was so nice to be somewhere that had nice weather. We all stayed at my parent's condo, it was a little crowded, but we had a good time.
The wedding was very nice and I'm very happy for my cousin and his beautiful new bride.
Levi was upset that I was going to the temple without him so I promised that we'd go the next day. When we got there he didn't understand that we couldn't go in, and kept saying "mommy, Levi go in temple." When trying to explain that he couldn't, he got a little ornery with me. Finally I told him that when he got big and goes on a mission, then he can go in the temple and later get married there. He looked at me and said "OK", end of it. He hasn't asked to go in since. Guess he recognizes truth and I hope he never loses his desire to attend the temple.

6 months

I can't believe Jace is 6 1/2 months old already. He just started this nose scrunchy thing when he's happy lately. It's so stinkin' cute.
Anyone who knows my boys know that they are big (little) guys.
Jace is in the 85th percentile for height at 26 inches, and 95th percentile for weight at a whopping 20 lbs.
He's as big as his cousin who is 4 months older, and bigger than some of the 1 year olds in our ward.

The Temple

Yesterday we had the opportunity to go to the Draper Temple open house with the boys. We had a good time. Earlier that day I asked Levi if he wanted to go to Heavenly Father's house. His eyes got really big and he whispered "yeah" Then I asked if he knew the name of Heavenly Father's house. He continued to stare at me until I told him it was the temple.
For the remainder of the day he would walk up to people and say "Levi go Temple, Hevly Fadders howse". He was soooo excited to go. While in the Temple he held Rick's hand and I carried Jace in my front pack. Both boys were in awe. The most memorable moment was when we walked into the celestial room and both boys looked up with wide eyes and jaws dropped in awe. I about cried, you could tell that they felt the spirit and that they remembered their heavenly home. What an awesome experience to share with my boys and husband.
Two minutes later Levi discovered that he could make an echo sound...we left quickly. He heard another kid make a sound and realized the echoing possibilities.
All in all a very rewarding outing.
